BRAKE FLUID ACCOSSATO RACING DOT 5.1

Accossato Racing DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid is a high boiling point brake fluid used in particular for motorcycles with abs and racing motorcycles where the system is under maximum stress.

The use of this product guarantees protection from "vapor lock", a phenomenon due to the absorption of moisture during the activity of the brake fluid.

The high boiling point reduces this harmful effect, a fundamental prerequisite if the vehicle is used in extreme conditions of prolonged braking.

Accossato Racing DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid can be mixed with other fluids complying with the FMVSS 116 DOT3, DOT4, DOT5 standards, while it cannot be mixed with brake fluids based on silicones or silicate esters.

The use of advanced additives makes the duration of the braking system optimal for sleeves, pipes and sealing rings.

  • Ph: 7-11.5 sleeves, pipes and sealing rings of the braking system.

Warning : in order to maintain the performance of the braking system in an optimal manner, the Accossato brake fluid DOT 5.1 must be removed immediately after each race / use.

The fluid left inside the braking system for a long time / several races causes irreparable damage to the pump seals itself.
