ACCOSSATO RADIAL BRAKE CALIPER OVERHAUL

The overhaul is essential to guarantee the perfect functioning of the brake caliper after several years, constant use and/or problems in operation so as to guarantee maximum efficiency in all conditions.

Essemoto being a Dealer Official is authorized to organize the overhaul of the brake caliper for the private customer.

To proceed with the overhaul of the radial brake caliper, it is necessary to request the authorization (RMA) to be stamped on the package.

The shipment of the caliper to the Accossato warehouse is at the customer's expense.

The overhaul by the Accossato Racing technical department includes:

1. External inspection of the product
2. Dismantling of the caliper in all its parts
3. Visual inspection of each component of the caliper under a microscope
4. Visual inspection of the inside of the caliper body
5. Replacing the gaskets
6. Assembly of all parts
7. Leak test

The replaced parts are scrapped and from the time of the overhaul, the pump acquires an additional 12 months of warranty, upon presentation of the invoice.

A further overhaul (the second) does not extend the product warranty.

The overhaul does not include the replacement of pistons or other parts not mentioned.

In the event of a fall, the overhaul is carried out exclusively if the essential conditions are found for which the caliper can return to working in optimal conditions, equal to a new caliper.

The Accossato Caliper overhaul is carried out in approximately 7/10 working days from receipt.
