OVERHAUL RADIAL PUMP ACCOSSATO BRAKE/CLUTCH

The overhaul is essential to guarantee the perfect functioning of the master cylinder or clutch after several years, constant use and / or problems in operation so as to ensure maximum efficiency in all conditions.

The Overhaul from the Radial Pump is exclusively carried out by the Accossato Technical Department, outside the manufacturer there are no authorized centers for carrying out the overhaul and there are NO official overhaul kits for sale.

Being an Official Reseller Essemoto is authorized to organize the pump overhaul for the private customer.

To proceed with the revision of the Radial Pump it is necessary to request the authorization (RMA) to be stamped on the package.

The shipment of the pump to the Accossato warehouse is at the customer's expense.

The review by the Accossato Racing technical department includes:

1. External product inspection
2. Disassembly of the pump in all its parts
3. Microscopic visual inspection of each component of the pump
4. Visual inspection of the inside of the pump body
5. Replacement of internal gaskets + oil fitting gasket
6. Assembling all parts
7. Static pump test
8. Dynamic pump test

The replaced parts are scrapped and from the moment of the overhaul, the pump acquires a further 12 months warranty, upon presentation of the invoice.

A further revision (the second one) does not extend the product warranty.

The revision does not include the replacement of the lever and / or other external details not mentioned.

In the event of a fall, the overhaul is carried out only when the essential conditions are identified for which the pump can return to operation in optimal conditions, equal to a new pump.

The revision of the Accossato pump is carried out in about 7/10 working days from receipt.
