ANODICA EXPRESS - ALUMINUM ANODIZING

ANODICA EXPRESS is the On-Line Anodic service created to meet the needs of those who want to anodize accessories and components in Aluminum / Ergal of their Motorcycles, Cars and more.

Anodization (also called Anodic Oxidation) is an irreversible electrochemical process by which a protective layer of aluminum oxide is formed on the surface of the treated part and protects it from corrosion giving an aesthetic effect of the desired color.

During the Anodizing process, a real surface transformation takes place in the material: the bare metal reacts with the oxygen that develops at the anode during the electrodeposition process and forms aluminum oxide or alumina.

Through the Anodic Oxidation it is possible to anodize any component in Aluminum / Ergal and Die-Cast Alloys* in the natural state or already anodized, here are some examples of parts that are usually anodized:

All the colors are available in a GLOSSY or MATT finish

The color depends on the type of material, any shades different from the sample color could result from poor quality materials or with "chemical defects" the exact shade is therefore not guaranteed!

*Die-Cast Alloys: Some components made by casting may have a high silicon content, therefore the anodic oxidation may not come out homogeneous and bright, these components are recommended to be anodized in opaque black to mask chemical defects.

Your only task is to prepare the components you want to anodize and prepare them in a box!

All parts to be anodized MUST be completely disassembled and free of any superfluous components (Bearings, Seals, Adhesives, Screws, etc.) and not PAINTED

The components must be CLEAN before being placed in the box

After sending you the Processing Form to be included in the package and the Waybill for the Express Courier, our courier will collect the package directly at your home, once we arrive we will proceed with the processing and in a few days you will receive back all the Anodized components.
