In order to Anodize the Spoked Rims using the Anodica Express service it is necessary to completely disassemble every single part and to reassemble with relative spoking after processing,

This delicate operation requires particular expertise and specific machinery to perform precise and reliable spoking and balancing so as not to compromise the functionality of the wheel.

Essemoto offers a Disassembly, Reassembly and Rounding service complete with Balancing performed by qualified personnel in the sector in order to offer you maximum precision and reliability during assembly.

To proceed with the processing and anodizing, the wheel must be sent without Tire, Brake Disc and Sprocket.

During the reassembly procedures it may be necessary to replace some deteriorated and/or unusable spare parts (Spokes, Nipples, Bearings...)

If you have already disassembled and stretched the rims and would like to receive them already assembled, it is possible to send them to anodize them and use the service for the replacement of rims only.
